I was recruited as an Account Executive and have been a key contributor to driving new account development and sales growth. Following a corporate acquisition, I moved into my current Clinical Liaison RN role to work with the Account Executive to increase sales, generate referrals, and provide patient/caregiver education regarding specialty infusion services.• Hired as one of the first Clinical Liaison’s in the Southeast US and achieved high levels of success resulting in the company hiring numerous new Clinical Liaisons nationwide.• Improved clinical outcomes by educating patients, case managers, hospitalists, infectious disease specialists, gastroenterologists, neurologists, and nurses on use of IV antibiotic therapy, Nutrition Support Therapy (TPN/Enteral), Immunoglobulins (IVIg/SCIg), pain medications, Chronic Inflammatory Disease Therapy, Inotrope Therapy, and Specialty Medications Infusion services at home through PICC lines or port access.• Implemented sales and patient education efforts that developed 100+ new patient referral sources and increased referrals from an average of 10/month to 53/month (through YTD 2023) in only 10 months.• Secured the Raleigh Neurology account, adding 10-12 referrals per month and established them as the #1 referral source in the area.• Built relationships with Raleigh Infectious Disease that established Amerita as their “preferred infusion company.”• Contributed to Greenville Account Executive winning awards every month and ranking Top 10% in the region and US.• Recognized by UNC OPAT Clinical Manager for providing the best education sessions of any infusion company.
