About Rebecca Heimbuch

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I am passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through swimming and other aquatic activities. I have a master\'s degree in exercise physiology and a strong background in curriculum development, program management, and staff supervision. As the director of Prosper Swim School, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who provide high-quality swim instruction and aquatic education to students of all ages and skill levels.In my current role, I am responsible for the overall management and operation of the swim school, catering to students from 3 years old to adults. I oversee curriculum development and implementation, staff recruitment and supervision, program coordination, administrative tasks, and communication with enrolled families. I also research and implement appropriate software to streamline operations and enhance the learning experience. I use my skills in fitness training, personal training, and fitness to design and teach wellness classes, aqua personal training, and private swim lessons. I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for my students and staff, and seeing them grow and improve their skills and confidence.
