   Benefits Management: Day to day management of benefits administration. Partner with Compensation and Payroll while managing one direct report (Benefits Administrator) to ensure accurate and timely benefits rollout, including standard offerings (Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary plans) as well as company specific programs (Employee Referral program, Educational Reimbursement). Manage Open Enrollment annually. Workers Compensation Administrator: Manage all workers compensation claims start to close. Day to day partnership with our insurance providers, adjusters, and employees to ensure consistency of care and proper claims administration. Partner with Executives to conduct quarterly claims reviews and strategize on future plan administration and brainstorm functional improvements. OSHA 30 HR Certified: I partner with decision makers on all matters Safety in order to build a strong safety culture. Advise and make suggestions on how to better support safety within our locations, including but not limited to, day-to-day operations and new program roll-out. Annual OSHA 300 log management. Providing accurate reporting to Safety Managers for proper documentation and posting in a timely manner.Leave Administration: Partner with third party leave administration by providing support to our employees internally throughout their leave. Advise on available leave options and assist employees in maintaining proper contact with third party. Answer any questions that may arise, and bridge the gap between employee and third party.Communications: Draft company policy and internal communications for the HR team and corporate office with final oversight by CHRO. Manage all company sponsored relocation\'s to include drafting all agreements, processing monthly spend, and reconciling all final billing.As a team player, I partner on projects as needed to streamline processes and policies.
