As a Digital Project Manager, I am currently leading the delivery of several high-impact projects for Medicolegal Partners Ltd, including the development and implementation of a bespoke Content Management System (CMS) and the replacement of an existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. These large-scale initiatives are central to enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing user experience for both internal teams and end-users.In addition to these major projects, I oversee various smaller operational projects aimed at streamlining services and improving internal workflows. I work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for improvement, prioritise initiatives, and ensure seamless execution, all while maintaining a focus on delivering value and meeting organisational objectives.My role requires a blend of strategic oversight and agile project management to ensure timely delivery, budget control, and alignment with business goals. I am committed to fostering collaboration, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication throughout the lifecycle of each project.
