Deliver academic, college, and career counseling to 500+ students across LAUSD and charter schools.•Recruit students through school visits, conduct transcript reviews, and provide individualized advising on college, scholarship, and employment applications.•Manage school partnerships, MOUs, and communication with teachers, counselors, administrators, andfamilies to align services and support retention.•Design and teach college and career readiness courses; lead Saturday Homework and STEM Academies and a 5-week summer enrichment program integrating experiential learning with core academics.•Maintain Blumen database to accurately track student records, eligibility, services, and academicprogress, ensuring compliance with federal reporting requirements.•Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops on financial aid, academic planning, and career readiness usingmultimedia tools.•Assist director with program logistics, including budget forecasting, transportation, and planning for academic year and summer programming.•Supervise student staff and interns; assign work tasks, lead team meetings.•Assist the Dean of Student Services with administrative responsibilities, including attending meetings, preparing minutes, planning activities for the Dean\'s retreat, and developing marketing materials for the Athletics department.
