My role spans everything from workforce planning and market mapping to hands on delivery, ensuring we build high performing, diverse teams aligned with Xelix’s mission to transform finance operations through cutting edge technology.Beyond hiring, I own Xelix’s employer brand - shaping our employee value proposition, storytelling and candidate experience to position Xelix as an employer of choice in a competitive market. I continuously evolve our recruitment processes, tooling and metrics, while embedding inclusive, scalable hiring practices across the business.
