As a Team Principal, I am responsible for all commercial positions in the software, IOT, simulation software, IP snd electronics industries for Europe; in particular the United Kingdom, Germany and central Europe. I manage a small team of consultants and work alongside OEMs, distributors and start-ups to recruit both sales and technical customer-facing roles. This targets specifically all Sales, Account Management, Business Development Management (BDM), Product Management, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Solution Engineers and Field Applications Engineering (FAE\'s), positions within the software, security, semiconductor IP, EDA, CAD, start-ups, mobile, design, real-time monitoring, SaaS, PaaS, IOT, IP, wireless, automotive and simulation software industries.
