About Rebecca Gose
I\'m a CPA and Revenue Operations leader with two decades of experience turning complex financial processes into clean, scalable systems — at companies like PwC, Amazon, Starbucks, and now Box, where I lead global revenue accounting and RevOps. My career has taken me from auditing tech and entertainment clients at PwC, to overhauling lease accounting across Starbucks stores, to automating revenue reporting pipelines that replaced hours of manual work with a single refresh. I gravitate toward the messy, ambiguous problems — the ones where the process doesn\'t exist yet or the existing one is held together with duct tape — and I like building things that last. I\'m at my best when I\'m working across functions. Some of my most meaningful work has happened at the intersection of accounting, engineering, audit, and business development — translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and making sure the numbers tell the right story to the right people. Outside of RevOps, I run a small sustainable fashion business and create art — currently deep in Kinusaiga - a contemporary Japanese fabric mosaic form, as well as embroidery and pottery. I believe the same instincts that make a good accountant make a good artist: patience, precision, and a healthy obsession with getting the details right.
