We’ve doubled in size in the last three years and have continued expansion, development and diversification initiatives planned for the future.In the role of Graduate Vet Recruiter I take a leading position in managing and delivering the companies recruitment initiatives, along with ensuring the continuous development of the graduate recruitment and on-boarding strategies.Working alongside our Learning and Development team I organise and implement our Graduate Programme recruitment days ensuring we successfully recruit the strongest new graduate Vets into our group whilst matching them accurately to our practices and enrolling them onto our comprehensive graduate programme that is designed by experienced vets and will fully support them during their first years in practice. I am also responsible for managing the clinical recruitment needs of some of our small animal practices in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Sussex, the Isle of Wight and Berkshire.
