ABOUT REBECCA GOLDEN
As a Registered Nurse with over 20 years clinical experience I developed a love for quality improvement and Patient Safety working within surgical services and further as a Matron for Urgent Care services covering ED and Acute Medicine. As a highly motivated and competent professional I am committed to driving quality improvement into daily practice. I am particularly interested in delivering improved sharing of learning both within my organisation and wider health economy not only when things go wrong but importantly when things go right. Most recently I have been working in a senior role providing guidance to the Hospital leadership team on all aspects of clinical governance. I have a wealth of experience managing serious incidents and risks within a large complex Trust and have a proven track record of delivering demonstrable changes where required.
