As founder of NefeshLiving, I coach mid-life women to discover their best selves in their best health. Using a personalized and systems-based approach, I serve as a guide to help clients “nourish their soul,” living a cleaner life with more calm, consistency and clarity to navigate the chaos, clutter and confusion we all face when it comes to our health. After a 20+ year successful career in public relations, management consulting and executive coaching, I am excited to make the transition to be a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) to provide coaching that accounts for the “whole person,” combining my deep expertise and passion in empowering others to make meaningful, sustainable change with a personalized, system-based, lifestyle-focused approach to health.
