Geneva, CH

As an Intern at the World Federation of Public Health Associations (WFPHA), I am engaged in evaluating the organisation’s Five-Year Strategic Plan (2023–2027), which outlines WFPHA’s mission to protect people and the planet, prevent diseases, and promote health, peace, and well-being. The strategic goals focus on advocating for peace and sustainable health equity, contributing to systemic change and the decolonisation of public health, strengthening global health governance, advancing public health knowledge, fostering partnerships, supporting member associations, and building an effective and sustainable organisation. In addition to my work on the Strategic Plan, I assist with formatting and preparing the WFPHA’s Annual Report to ensure clarity, consistency, and professional presentation. I also actively contribute to initiatives aimed at advancing global health equity for vulnerable populations. I am currently involved in a research project focused on Global Youth Health, examining key health challenges and developing strategies to promote well-being among young people worldwide. My role includes conducting literature reviews, contributing to research analysis and collaborating with an international team of public health professionals to inform advocacy and policy recommendations.
