About Rebecca Gaspard

I am an experienced Environmental Scientist with over five years of experience in wetlands and natural resources, environmental submittals, EPA grants, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and client development. As a registered Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS), I have conducted various wetlands and natural resource services, including large scale wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species reviews, and permitting services. I am well-versed in United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Section 404/10, USACE Section 408, Coastal Use, Levee Board, and Water Quality Certifications. In addition, I have led client development teams and fostered long-lasting business relationships with clients through networking events, galas, lunch and learns, and other activities. I have managed and developed large environmental submittals and EPA grant applications, including promotional materials, statements of qualifications, and comprehensive research. As an Environmental Scientist at CK Associates, Inc, I continue to utilize my skills and expertise to provide effective environmental consulting services.
