I am the Home Editor at Eater, where I oversee coverage for the Eater at Home section; previously at Eater, I was a features editor who assigned and edited long-form stories about the ways food intersects with culture, politics, society, and identity. Prior to that I was a freelance journalist whose work focused largely on food. I have worked and written for magazines, newspapers, and websites, and am the co-author of two cookbooks; I am a one-time James Beard Foundation Award winner and two-time nominee, and a two-time IACP award winner.
