ABOUT REBECCA FAVORITO
UX/UI designer experienced at establishing the design function at small and scaling tech companies. I\'m currently at UI/UX designer a Rustici software, working to improve the user experience and user interface for their core user-facing products. As the Design Manager at FMX, I was the player-coach for talented designers who created user-friendly and engaging solutions for a responsive SaaS web app. I collaborated with product and engineering partners to define the product vision and roadmap, scope and prioritize work, and get projects across the finish line. As an individual contributor, I owned the end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups and used data-driven methods to understand customer problems and validate solutions, all while keeping the customer first in mind and applying best practices in usability, accessibility, and visual design. As a team lead, I also mentored and coached junior designers, and I spearheaded process improvements to increase efficiency and collaboration. My passion is to design products that solve real-world challenges and deliver value to users and stakeholders.
