This is across the breadth of specialisms to include areas such as Business Development, Marketing, Client Relationship Management and PR. I am passionate about working in partnership with candidates and clients to develop an in depth understanding of individuals and businesses. I invest time in relationships to ensure I find candidates opportunities and businesses with whom they can really shape their careers, and for my clients to find the people who can help shape their businesses. As a Director at Totum, I work closely with and have responsibilities across Totum\'s divisions, including marketing and business development, HR & operations and finance. We recruit across law firm support functions which include; business development, marketing, HR, finance, legal operations, transformation and change.
