ABOUT REBECCA DOMINGUEZ
Bringing in new, like-minded individuals who see your vision, understand your cause, and share your values is easier said than done. Through the experience I have been blessed to have, I saw the highs and lows of allowing a person or a group of people to assess words and scrutinize them with a fine-tooth comb before letting you know if they will be with you to share their support. I am often blown away by how much people will go above and beyond your expectations, opening opportunities like floodgates if you make the essential connection and click. It is always amazing, just like the first time. High energy, ambitious, and passionate political campaign professional and community organizer in Arizona. I have worked on political campaigns and efforts for the past 8 years. As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, I was recruited to work as an organizer at 16 and am the first person in my family to vote and be politically active. Throughout my career, I have developed and managed field and organizing programs for electoral campaigns, 501 C-3 nonprofits, and political consulting firms. I have worked on various campaigns, including statewide initiatives, local city council and state house races, issue-based campaigns, congressional campaigns, and presidential campaigns. I take pride in the following competencies-Leveraging exceptional networking abilities, adaptive thinking, customer service, analytics, and emotional intelligence to fit varied client needs- Strategizing and creating campaigns through a professional approach depending on the client\'s vision and intended audience-Employing creative approaches in evaluating organizational performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics focused on generating innovative solutions-I aim to leverage my in-depth industry knowledge and expertise to help organizations deliver optimal product value to customers.
