After over 15 years in the recruitment sector, my long-time friend and business partner, Caroline and I embarked on a life-changing journey to break the mould of Education Recruitment. Passionate about education and creating new opportunities for professionals, we began Unique School Solutions. Now, four years later, I am proud to work in partnership with South Yorkshire Schools and Multi-Academy trusts and provide them with the perfect recruitment match every time.
