Created, developed, and applied filters to define critical group as per data protection policy. Used intelligent data classification and SME mitigation mechanisms; prioritised alerts with most risk to the company. Designed, deployed, tested, and executed databases and apps required to build an enterprise ISMS capable of managing records globally across six ISO Standard record types. Created processes and documentation to ensure we were successful in our initial ISO27001 certification. Coached and mentored a competent team consisting of 80 employees during customer service role.While others take pride in meeting all standards set before them, my passion is for delivering service that goes beyond organisational expectations, creating a win-win scenario for everyone involved!
