Hi, I am a self starter, productive, experienced and dedicated retail sales professional with a proven track record in Installation sales, customer service and retail management for over 35 years. Im excited about helping customers spend their money, which is one of my many talents. Organize displays, write customer orders, share and teach my knowledge to others, with hopes to inspire others for our personal growth. I have been called an \"assistant buyer” from customers because people spend more money when I have assisted them with their interior design projects in flooring, blinds, and/or appliances. Im now learning other areas of the store to promote success for all. On a daily basis, I help assist with returns, online orders, in store and online sales, troubleshoot customer issues, data entry, customer followup, use order systems, telephone operation, process online pickups, cashier, and process returned merchandise.
