Development of bespoke non-standard Relativity databases for use in scenarios other than document review. These databases are used to manage and maintain records relating to customers, accounts and/or cases with supporting documentation, in a familiar and easy to use interface. • Advising clients on the development and implementation of review strategies that use technology to their benefit in litigation, investigation, regulatory and compliance contexts, and specifically on the processing and review of electronically stored information including Predictive Coding/Assisted Review workflows.• Development of a Relativity training program for all team members, ensuring each has the appropriate skills and knowledge for their level and position (eg analysts vs project managers). This coaching and training has led to five team members gaining their RCA certification, two becoming Relativity Certified Users, and one becoming an Assisted Review Specialist and Relativity Expert. • Expansion of the internal Relativity training program into a service offering for clients, consisting of an 11-week program, starting from basics like how to log in and review documents, and ultimately getting to advanced topics such as objects, applications and Assisted Review.• End-to-end project management from initial scoping discussions, quote preparation, and engagement setup and risk management through to review, delivery and on-going quality assurance.
