Rebecca Craiovan is the Global Growth Studio Director at Arctic Wolf, where she spearheads key growth initiatives across wider revenue and growth teams; testing, learning, and pushing the organization to accelerate. Her work spans multiple functions and is deeply centered in driving partner growth through innovation and collaboration. With 18 years of experience in IT marketing, Rebecca brings a unique perspective shaped by roles across reseller and manufacturing organizations. Before joining Arctic Wolf, she held marketing positions at Nutanix, Pure Storage, and Riverbed, Computacenter, and successfully ran her own freelance marketing business supporting resellers with customized strategies. Rebecca was recently recognized as a CRN Women on the Rise 2025, honoring her ability to solve complex challenges, advocate for partners, and accelerate success across the channel. She is also the founder and leader of SHEwolf, Arctic Wolf’s women’s initiative built to support women within the partner community, and serves as WTT Partner Ecosystem Pillar Lead, reinforcing her commitment to inclusion and empowerment within the industry. Beyond her professional achievements, Rebecca is passionate about community involvement, serving as Vice President of Events for her children’s elementary school and served as a Team Lead for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for several years.
