Dynamic and mission-driven healthcare leader with more than a decade of experience building sustainable partnerships across health systems to improve access, elevate care quality, and drive strategic growth. As Director of Cardiovascular Outreach Operations at UK HealthCare’s Gill Heart & Vascular Institute, I oversee two statewide programs - the Gill Affiliate Network, a collaboration of 28 hospitals working together to improve cardiovascular care, and the Gill Imaging Initiative, an effort designed to standardize imaging practices and enhance collaboration across hospitals and clinics to ensure patients benefit from timely and consistent cardiovascular diagnostics regardless of location. In these roles, I align enterprise goals with local care delivery to advance cardiovascular health across Kentucky.Recognized for driving measurable impact through both innovation and execution, I have led the expansion of UK’s cardiovascular programs across the Commonwealth, translating vision into scalable, sustainable programs that bring high-quality heart care closer to home.I am driven by a commitment to connect people, resources, and ideas in ways that translate into measurable improvements in cardiovascular care. Through ongoing collaboration and operational focus, I strive to build programs that not only innovate but also deliver tangible benefits to patients and providers alike.
