About Rebecca Cotton

I am a graduate student in Carnegie Mellon University\'s Public Policy & Management - Data Analytics program working to develop strong data analytic skills to drive effective environmental policy. I also work as an Environmental Policy Fellow for The Episcopal Church\'s Office of Government Relations in Washington, D.C, where I research and analyze federal energy and environment policy to inform church priorities. My long-term goal is to build the skills and experience I need to craft effective energy and environmental policies that combine recommendations from scientific research and data analysis with the needs and desires of constituents and policy makers.
