As a USPTO Registered Patent Attorney, I work on protecting and enhancing global IP portfolios and my clients. With over 12 years of experience in IP law and litigation, I have developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the medical device and tech industries, including mechanical, electrical, computer/software, and chemical inventions.I am skilled in patent prosecution and portfolio management, including invention harvesting, portfolio shaping, and freedom to operate analyses. I also have extensive experience in handling patent litigation matters in various jurisdictions, such as the US District and Appellate Courts, the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the US International Trade Commission, and the courts and patent offices of the UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. In addition, I enjoy mentoring junior colleagues and trainee patent attorneys, and I was honored to be selected as a Global Fellow of the Federal Circuit Bar Association in 2019.
