Here’s who I really am-When I was a freshman in college, I realized that I\'m actually not that good at graphic design (my chosen major). So, I switched to marketing and communications and have been doing it ever since -I am no longer interested in ‘climbing the ladder’ -I am so inspired by women who make it their mission to help other women -I tackle a problem until I find a solution -I am a dog walker at the local shelter and trying my communication strategies on them humbles me -I do not like unkind people-No good work happens without insight based data -I love communications so much I think I would do it for free -The greatest compliment I ever got at work was ‘thank you for helping me along my career path’. So fulfilling! Little known secret though…they didn’t really need me
