ABOUT REBECCA BURNHAM

I have 20 plus years of significant and progressive experience working with adults with learning disabilities. I have extensive experience working in partnership with service users, relatives and external agencies to develop individual support packages with a focus on promoting and maintaining independence. I have good leadership skills and have experience managing multiple teams to provide a high level of care and support. I work with integrity, maintaining the best interests of the service user whist ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines to promote efficiency within the services.
