Hello! I\'m Rebecca. I am an experienced, innovative, and nimble program and operations leader who has many years of experience leading and mentoring teams, and working with UX and technology experts across a variety of product initiatives. As a process expert, I work to- ideate and roll out the most relevant and efficient programs, getting ahead of risks and problems, and helping to pivot along the way as needed- operate with a bias to action, while planning ahead to iterate, test and refine as needed- align my work and the work of my team to increase impact, add value, and adhere to company goals and values- ensure the structures I put in place are always advancing progress and innovation (and ideally, the careers of those on my team as well)- continually review the use of resources against the timeline and the work required- be a calming, empowering, kind, and supportive presence I also love to promote and learn more about design operations practices and am always looking for connections and conversations with individuals who are interested in the same! I love what I do, and get joy from leading and contributing to a thriving team dynamic. I seek to help others succeed and feel that same sense of accomplishment.
