ABOUT REBECCA BRADLEY

Nursing Director of Clinical Coordination, Hospital Coordinators, Transfer Center, and the Magnet Program for Monument Health, which is a community-based health system offering care throughout the Black Hills of South Dakota. As a novice nurse, I quickly identified a passion for empowering and motivating others. From there, in 2017, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing degree with an emphasis in Leadership and Management from Walden University. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Walden University, with anticipated graduation in August 2025.To continue pursuing my passion for empowering others and facilitating change, I joined the Nursing Professional Development department at Monument Health as an NPD Practitioner. Soon after, I became a member of the Association of Nursing Professional Development and became board-certified in Nursing Professional Development in 2020. At this time, I am the Program Director for the nursing excellence journey and Magnet designation for my organization, while also supporting the Clinical Coordination/Staffing and Transfer Center teams. I have a strong desire to learn as much as possible with the ultimate aspiration of being a passionate leader who motivates, empowers, and supports others to make positive changes within the organization, the future of healthcare, and the nursing profession.
