I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in theatre design and technology, and have worked in several roles in healthcare operations.As an EPMO Program Manager, I am responsible for managing complex and cross-functional projects that align with the organization\'s strategic board goals. I lead project teams successful completion of projects, while managing risks, issues, and dependencies. I also collaborate with other project and program managers, as well as senior leaders, to share best practices, lessons learned, and feedback. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the EPMO.
