In this position, I work with colleagues and client\'s to understand their talent need. I help to fill the talent gaps with qualified and bright IT professionals by the following- Discovering new professionals through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence, ad searches, career fairs and internet research- Collaborating with my colleagues to fully understand the client’s hiring objectives and requirements to make the best match possible- Guiding professionals looking for their next opportunity through the recruiting and application process, coordinating interviews and follow up activities- Facilitating the offer process, including salary negotiations and other terms of employment- Managing consultants while on assignment; facilitating redeployment as assignments approach completion.
