SKILLS
ABOUT REBECCA BEAULIEU
I am currently the Executive Director with 350 New Hampshire where I run our fundraisers, write grants, manage organizational development, and work with an incredible staff team to win our campaigns. I am a trainer in nonviolence, a growing strategist, and storyteller helping to piece together the real impacts of the climate crisis with the solutions we have to build a better future. In the six and a half years I\'ve been with 350NH, I have also held roles in communications and youth program support. I plan and execute social media strategy, write press materials to share out actions and events, advise a network of volunteers writing letters to the editor and other climate content, support organizational strategy and development, and supervise other organizers. I have also managed our youth organizing program and worked as a field organizer during election season. 350NH fights for a just and equitable future, free from the pollution and political power of the fossil fuel industry. We advocate for a world with clean air, clean water, and a livable climate. My previous experience includes tutoring and training through City Year Boston, editing research content at EBSCO Information services, and desk duties at both university and public libraries. I studied English and Environmental studies at school and am still an avid reader and fast learner. These experiences helped me gain strong organization skills, time management, and patience. My mentors in these roles helped me expand my creativity and strategic thinking. I am deeply rooted in the fight for climate justice from a community organizing lens and hope to continue to lend my skills in this movement long into the future.
