I firmly believe our Mental Health is not solely reliable on our minds and only exploring our thoughts, behaviours and past experiences that have shaped us, but also that the body and soul have a part to play. With me as your therapist, we will explore ways in which your mind, body and soul have been impacted in your life and how bringing all three together can help you on your road of personal development. My private practice work is currently done over the phone in the evenings and there is some availability on Saturdays. I work full time at Sandcastle Care as a Psychotherapist, helping support teams and young people in looked after care. I have extensive experience working with young people in a trauma-informed residential care setting and psychotherapy experience working with adult clients suffering from a variety of metal health problems.
