About Rebecca Batterman

I am a seasoned healthcare professional with a passion for efficiency, training, and organizational effectiveness. I believe that effective training and efficient use of resources is at the heart of retaining happy employees and driving company success. As a natural born leader, I have had the opportunity to mentor other professionals by earning multiple promotions from clinical supervisor to director. It was as a director that I found my passion for business operations and decided to switch my focus from clinical to operations centered roles. I spent 6+ years in the industry driving change in business processes by implementing new training initiatives, designing and implementing innovative policies and procedures for employee retention, providing change consultation to providers, and creating and maintaining strong relationships with direct staff, providers, and clients. In 2012, I graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Masters degree in behavior analysis. During my time as a graduate student, I had the opportunity to participate in many research studies focused on managing behavior of employees within organizations and present those findings at national conferences. I conducted my own independent research during my thesis which focused on using adult learning strategies to increase employee performance within an organization. I bring a unique perspective to the human experience within organizations and am excited to continue driving change and efficiency in my next role.
