COUNTERING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION OFFICE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (2022 – PRESENT): Providing expertise to Strategy, Plans, and Policy Directorate focusing on biodefense and international engagements. Also supporting the Information Analysis Directorate’s National Biosurveillance Integration Center. BIOLOGICAL THREAT REDUCTION PROGRAM (BTRP) NEW COUNTRY ASSESSMENT LEAD (2022): Oversaw and led a team of eight subject matter experts to conduct assessments of countries’ current capacities and capabilities in biosafety, biosecurity, laboratory diagnostics, human health, veterinary health, epidemiology, and health information technology. Spearheaded a process improvement effort for new country assessments using the Lean Six Sigma approach to decrease execution time from 3+ months to 8 weeks. SCIENCE ENGAGEMENT TEAM LEAD (2021 – 2022): Managed a team of seven personnel to provide advisory and assistance support to BTRP.
