I started ThinkIB\'s website for the IBCP in 2020 and continue to create and deliver online resources to support the IB Career-related Programme; particularly the reflective project, Personal and Professional Skills and wider aspects of IB Education. In 2023, I have started collaborating this year with Stephanie Lacher to generate even more user-friendly, engaging and relevant resources that promote critical, reflective and critical thinking as well as research methods. Currently the beta mode and its resources are free to trial for schools subscribing to ThinkIB\'s other sites.
