ABOUT REBECCA ANNOVATI
I am a Industrial Production Engineer with an international background that combines technical and managerial skills, developed through a double degree between Turin and Barcelona. My path has allowed me to build a structured yet flexible approach, focused on process improvement and tangible products. In my work, I am motivated by understanding how products are created, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and actively contributing to the development of efficient, high-quality solutions. I thrive in dynamic and international environments where teamwork, responsibility, coordination of activities, and direct involvement make a real difference. I feel comfortable in multicultural settings and communicating in multiple languages.I strongly believe in the value of people within production processes and I am driven by environments that encourage growth, collaboration, and a concrete vision of the final outcome. My experience studying and working abroad has made me independent, organized, and open-minded, with the ability to adapt to different contexts and continuously evolving situations. In my free time, I also cultivate a creative side through a small artisanal sewing hobby. It reflects my attention to detail, appreciation for quality, and desire to create something unique — values that I bring with me into my professional life as well.
