My career in the construction industry began in 1996 when I became one of the first women to join the electrical union, IBEW Local 25. I started as an apprentice and advanced into project management—an experience that shaped my work ethic, resilience, and leadership philosophy.I later co-owned and operated an electrical contracting company, leading sales, marketing, and business development while building the systems and processes required for sustainable growth.As my career evolved, I intentionally built experience across finance, AR/AP, sales leadership, marketing, community outreach, and broadcast media—including time as an on-air radio personality. These experiences shaped my approach to communication, brand, and growth, and ultimately led me into digital marketing and business development across multiple industries in the U.S. and internationally.Today, I serve as Business Development Director at Universal Windows Direct of Manchester, where I lead marketing strategy, brand direction, and business growth.
