As Sponsorship Coordinator and Mentor for Girl’s sySTEM, I work to empower and inspire the next generation of women in STEM. I manage sponsorship efforts, securing partnerships to support programs that provide young women with opportunities to explore and excel in science, technology, engineering, and math fields.In my role as a mentor, I guide and encourage participants, helping them develop their skills, confidence, and career aspirations. Through this work, I contribute to fostering a supportive and inclusive STEM community, where young women are empowered to pursue their passions
