Rebeca provides accounting and consulting services to clients from multiple industries. While she considers healthcare her bread and butter, she also serves organizations in construction, technology, professional services, retail, nonprofit, and restaurants. She’s particularly fond of assisting clients as they launch their companies, helping them build their accounting infrastructure and seeing their business take off.As a Partner, Rebeca plays a key leadership role in overseeing the Accounting & Controllership Services (ACS) commercial team, driving operational excellence and staff development. She leads the firm’s payroll function, overseeing quarterly filings and year-end tax compliance for a diverse client base. A trusted advisor in QuickBooks and multiple technology platforms, she is frequently sought out for her technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities. Fluent in three languages, Rebeca is also a valuable resource to the firm’s international clients, enhancing communication and service delivery across diverse engagements.Outside of the firm, Rebeca is an active volunteer with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Additionally, I get to know my clients and provide solutions that help them in other areas. From tax and assurance services to HR consulting and technology support, I have access to a wide range of solutions that help businesses succeed.As a result of my experience, I’m a member of the firm’s dedicated healthcare industry team that serves physician practices, hospitals, nursing homes, FQHCs, and other related entities. We founded the Private Practice Network, which provides training, resources, and networking opportunities for physicians and those working in physician practices. We are members of organizations such as the MGMA, HCAA, and HFMA.
