ABOUT REBBECCA BERGKAMP
20+ years of experience in sustainability. I started my career in the agriculture sector working with private landowners to implement best management practices that conserve and restore natural resources and habitats. I transitioned to the aviation sector and spent 10 years ensuring regulatory compliance, employee engagement, continuous improvement and energy efficiency through cross functional collaboration and project management. While earning my Six Sigma Black Belt certification I focused on customer satisfaction, cost-out, and contract management. I have spent the last 6 years in the manufacturing sector developing and executing strategies to improve safety and environmental compliance, meet sustainability goals and most recently leveraging that expertise to guide our supply chain operations to meet their sustainability targets and objectives. My current role leverages my cross functional expertise to partner across the broader value chain with our internal and external stakeholders to achieve our 2030 Sustainability Goals.
