ABOUT PATRICIA REARDON

I am an award winning program manager working in the biopharmaceutical & pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years. I am especially passionate about serving patients with diseases or conditions with non-existent or limited therapeutic options. I have led multiple global, cross-functional teams working on complex and innovative projects and portfolios in development phases ranging from discovery to commercialization, life cycle management, and business development. I am proficient in applying project management methodology to advance projects within scope, budget, timelines, human capital, and material resources. I have advanced use of project management tools including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, Sharepoint, Cognos, and other reporting and tracking tools. In addition to leading program teams, I have managed project management teams of up to 10 project managers. I enjoy coaching and mentoring people to help them discover their hidden strengths and talents, as well as, provide tools to improve development areas.
