Rob founded VesperTech Ltd. in 2020 to deliver ecology consultancy services for small and medium sized developers, Landscape and Habitat Maintenance Contractors, National Infrastructure, and Defence Infrastructure contractors. ABOUT ROBERT SINCLAIR
Rob is the founding Director of Vespertech Ltd, he\'s an experienced ecological consultant and clerk of works. He has successfully delivered ecology services for a diverse range of projects, from individual residential dwellings to large-scale multi-phase developments, defence infrastructure (DIO), and nationally important infrastructure. He specialises in bat survey, mitigation, and licensing, and has a broad range of experience working with other UK species and Habitats. He holds Natural England Licences to survey Bats (Level 2 - CL18) and Great Crested Newts (Level 1 - CL08), and is qualified in tree climbing and aerial rescue. Rob is holds an SMSTS certificate and a full clean UK driving licence. Rob produces high-quality ecological reports including Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIA), protected species reports, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) calculations and assessment, precautionary working method statements (PWMS), and licence method statements to support Natural England Licence Applications for badgers, bats, and GCN. Rob is an experienced Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW), providing practical advice to contractors, minimising impacts to protected sites, habitats and species, and promoting adherence to ecology method statements. He also serves as an Accredited Agent on Organisational Licences for Great Crested Newt (GCN) and bats.
