The Operations Specialist is internally focused on the organization-wide configuration, administration, and adoption with Optomi’s Application Tracking System (ATS), Bullhorn and related and integrated technologies. The Operations Specialist enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of OPS processes through the seamless optimization of Bullhorn and related technologies. Recognized as the subject matter expert in applying these technologies to operational processes.(Corporate IT)• Bullhorn configuration: maintain system settings, field mappings, layouts, and user profiles; perform regular re-evaluation to ensure the workflow meets the needs of the organization.• Data Management: ensure the accuracy of data within Bullhorn, including candidate profiles, job postings, and client information. Regularly perform audits and clean up data to maintain integrity.• System Integration: work closely with IT, HR, Marketing, Finance & Accounting teams to integrate Bullhorn with other systems to ensure seamless data flows.• User Training & Support: provide training to users on Bullhorn functionality and best practices. Serve as the go-to person for tier-one troubleshooting for Bullhorn related issues; escalate issues with Bullhorn support if additional troubleshooting is needed.• System Upgrades & Maintenance: stay informed and up to date on any updates and new features; plan, test, and execute system upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.• Compliance: ensure OPS is in compliance with data protection regulations and safeguard sensitive information using encrypted fields, if needed.• GAI: perform requested AI scraping to provide leads to our sales team to follow up on
