   Content PM. April 2021-current Write and revise new and existing Quick Answers help topics based on customer queries, intent, and analysis. I\'ve researched and implemented ways to automate some aspects of the workflow. I\'ve created tools to quickly write produce code for action buttons, a help viewer tool to show topics in the C3 editor, the web, and test environments based on GUIDs, tools to simplify building Task completion paths in both Toolbar Control ID based, and Team\'s F12 report based platforms, data analysis tools to quickly create reports on content (used monthly by my manager). I create professional artwork and inline icons for articles that adhere to Microsoft standards. Worked with C3, GitHub, and Intent manager Microsoft internal tools.
