With my co-founder, Jeremy Blake we run the strategic direction of the business and together with our growing team of trainers and some fantastic support staff, we sell, create and develop bespoke training solutions for major brands. Reality Training develop and produce interactive training films in partnership with Aon Productions.We have become specialists in delivering omni-channel training solutions to provide retailers and leading brands with consistent customer service standards through whichever channel their customers choose.Reality Training develop sessions for major industry and brand specific conferences in the UK and abroad. I am one half of the sales training double act that is Bob Morrell and Jeremy Blake- who have delivered motivational speeches and workshops at conferences all over the world.
