Had to get back to it! Hung my realtors license with the State of Wisconsin due to the market slowdowns and started back with Fiduciary Real Estate Development in June of 2023 as a Maintenance Tech for the Valley View and Fitchburg Square apartments in Fitchburg/Madison, WI. My main area of focus is daily maintenance on site, apartment turns (getting each vacating apartment rent ready for the next incoming tenant) and regular daily work orders. I also assist with paint, joinery, plumbing, light electrical and being a point of contact for contractors when needed on site.

I am a 30 year customer service veteran who has worked in multiple fields and in different capacities. I am currently a Maintenance Tech II with the Fiduciary Real Estate Development Company, out of Milwaukee. I also am a real estate agent with Keller Williams out of Madison, WI. I have worked in property management and have experience in both market and affordable properties. I consult owners, investors and others who wish to get into the real estate and multi-family market as well as others who wish to pursue the property management field. I train and guide techs in multi family maintenance and show them how to be successful in their field work and show them how to problem solve in real time, when they are out in the field.
