As CEO of REtokens USA Inc. and REtokens Capital LLC, I’m focused on one thing: Unlocking real estate. Real estate has been one of the most powerful wealth-building asset classes in the world for decades. But access, liquidity, and efficiency have always been limited. That is changing and real estate investment is moving on chain and online. REtokens Capital has built a marketplace designed to bring real estate into a more accessible, efficient, and scalable investment ecosystem. Through our FINRA-member broker-dealer and SEC-registered Alternative Trading System (ATS), REtokens Capital, we are creating the infrastructure for how real estate investments can be accessed, managed, and traded as adoption grows. With over 20 years in investment real estate and creative deal structuring, I’ve experienced firsthand how capital formation, investor management, and liquidity challenges impact both operators and investors. That experience directly informs what we are building today. REtokens helps real estate operators: • Access new sources of capital • A pathway to liquidity for their LP\'s (and themselves) • Streamline investor management and reporting And gives investors: • Access to curated real estate opportunities • Exposure to deal flow they would not likely otherwise see • A platform designed on blockchain technology and long-term participation This is not about replacing real estate. It’s about improving how it works. We are early in what I believe is a massive shift in how real estate is invested in, owned, and transacted. The foundation is being built now.
