The traditional contract of a vertical career ladder is completely broken. Accelerated by the rapid disruption of AI, linear career paths can no longer guarantee predictable, long-term professional security. As a result, up to 60% of the next generation are actively diversifying their income through side projects, treating their main role as just one component of a broader professional portfolio. I founded Undefinable Life Design to deliver a progressive alternative. Translating the frameworks from my bestselling book, my methodology of The Undefinable Ascent moves organisations away from the binary trap of legacy talent models and toward a fluid spectrum of work. I help them design flexible talent pathways that drive high-performer retention. I deploy this methodology across three core areas: FOR ORGANISATIONS I work with HR Directors to replace fragile talent frameworks with resilient retention infrastructure. Rather than navigating messy breakups when high performers want to explore new horizons, I build flexible pathways that protect company EBITDA, eliminate burnout and build lifetime advocates. FOR UNIVERSITIES I modernise outdated graduate employability models by delivering immersive, 2.5-hour interactive masterclasses for business schools and career hubs. Modules like Finding Your Golden Thread, Managing Your Energy Toolkit and Building a Portfolio Career equip cohorts with the tools to successfully navigate a non-linear job market. FOR INDIVIDUALS I guide undefinables to design a unique life that sustains their energy and income. Through my book, 1-2-1 coaching and newsletter I provide the strategic frameworks to identify your purpose and build a portfolio of income streams that turns your uniqueness into a category of one.
