About John Andreadis

As a Lead Teacher at KIPP Connect Highschool, I have over five years of experience in providing quality education and closing the education gap within urban school settings. I have a Master\'s degree in Social Studies Teacher Education and a Bachelor\'s degree in American History. I am skilled in staff development, supervisory skills, and employee engagement, and I work closely and cooperatively with the school administration and other staff members to facilitate team problem solving and student success. My mission is to inspire and empower my students to develop a deeper understanding of how social studies apply to economics, politics, and geography. I currently teach AP Human Geography, a course that I have designed and implemented with effective strategies and assessments to improve teaching executions and student outcomes. I also created and lead a club called Stock and Crypto Market, where I introduce my students to the fundamentals and technical analysis of stocks and cryptocurrency, and help them become financially literate and savvy investors. I am passionate about researching and investing in the markets myself, and I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures and places in my personal life.
